Designing in Steyn City is a unique experience where homes run into tens of millions of rand and you are working alongside some of the best architects in South Africa. The architectural and building process is well managed by the estate.
The site presented a challenge with a south-facing view of a green belt and Sandton City in the distance. You can’t ignore northern light so the entrance to the home was a glazed arrangement leading into an entrance courtyard with an external “front door”. The home has integrated air-conditioning and automatically controlled curtains and blinds amongst some other great features.
