On this project we wrestled with the architectural guidelines on this estate that stipulated 1200mm roof overhangs intersecting with adjoining concrete roofs. The result, however, was great and our clients were very happy. This home shows that a smaller floor area can also look as magnificent as larger homes. It has two bedrooms and two work-from-home rooms, one of which could be used as a third bedroom en-suite if necessary.
